Terms and conditions of purchase of goods - BoPos.

Payment

After ordering the item, BoPos sends a confirmation of the order to the specified e-mail address.

BoPos then sends an invoice to the same e-mail address and the order is processed and sent to the specified delivery address.

Terms & Conditions

For new customers BoPos already has in our customer database, the item is shipped only after payment has been made.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and excl. VAT. and delivery.

Prices apply exclusively to deliveries within Denmark's borders. For deliveries outside Denmark, this is separately agreed with BoPos.

Delivery

 For orders placed to BoPos before 4 p.m. 11:30 am on all business days and made by customers who are already in BoPos's customer database, the item is ordered the same day and will be shipped no later than 2-3 business days.

confidentiality

BoPos understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not disclose customer / user information to third parties.

BoPos will not sell your name, address, email address or personal data to any third party without your prior permission

Refunds

No return is granted on ordered products to traders or other companies with CVR. no.

If a product is wrongly ordered by the customer, the product can be returned if the item is not in use and is in unbroken and original packaging.

This must be agreed with BoPos prior to the return of faulty goods. In addition, a new order of the correct item must be made before the return is offered.

Returns are never granted on loose rolls or rolls that are not in original and unbroken packaging. Return of goods must always be notified in writing to BoPos within 14 days after the goods have been received.

If a return is agreed upon, BoPos will indicate to whom the item will be sent.

All costs incurred in returning a product are due to the customer.

If the return is due to defective or incorrectly delivered goods, BoPos will cover the return costs. Returns must, however, be notified to BoPos in writing before the goods are returned.

No packets sent per claims for whatever reason and the item is returned to the sender.

Reimbursement

If there is a refund, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Non-payment

In case of non-payment of invoice, a remuneration fee of DKK 100 per person is imposed. reminder as well as BoPos reserves the right to impose interest on the amount due according to standard. Danish law.

In case of non-payment, the case is transferred to debt collection, which incurs additional costs.

Reservation

Reservations are made for price errors etc. as a result of currency changes, war, terror, natural disasters, force majeure, failure to deliver, tax changes, sold out items and printing errors.

Reservations are made for sold-out items and deferred delivery time with BoPos's partners and suppliers.

dispute

Any dispute between BoPos. and the customer is subject to Danish law.
